Please join us for The Lego Movie presented by Community Insurance Services on Saturday, July 19! Pre-show festivities begin at 6:00 PM and will include children's games, geo-caching and performances by local talent. There will be a bags tournament starting at 5:00 PM and the Tae Kwon Do Academy will perform at 7:00 PM. Concessions will be available including popcorn for the movies and Funny Face Designs will be painting faces for $5-$8. The show will begin at sundown and movie-goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, family and friends and enjoy a movie under the stars! Movies in the Park is free to the public and children must be accompanied by an adult. All events are weather permitting.
The Lego Movie Synopsis: A lowly Lego figure (voiced by Chris Pratt) joins a group intent on battling an evil force after a case of mistaken identity in this computer-generated comedy from the filmmakers behind Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and co-director Chris McKay (Robot Chicken). Will Arnett co-stars as the voice of Batman, who along with Superman, make appearances in the Warner Bros. picture.
