Great bargains, vendors, face painting, horse-drawn trolley rides, music in the gazebo and tours of the Old Cedar County Jail await shoppers during Tipton's annual Ridiculous Days, the first Friday and Saturday in August. A decades' long tradition, Ridiculous Days coincides with the Hardacre Film Festival and the Cedar County Heath & Safety Fair.
