Details The James Kennedy Aquatic Center outdoor facility will open on Monday, May 29 at 1 pm. A new rule starting this year is that the weather MUST be 75 degrees for us to open the outdoor facility. Temperature must be at 75 degrees by Noon that day for us to open at 1 pm.
