When you get to town, the first thing you should do is stop at Tipton City Hall, 407 Lynn Street. There you will sign up for utilities, garbage and recycling pickup, and get any additional information you may be looking for. The City of Tipton owns its own electric, gas, and water utilities, so signing up for all three is easy and hassle free! Best of all, it all comes on one bill.

You will also receive a "welcome kit" courtesy of the Tipton Chamber of Commerce, filled with community information and special promotions and coupons from local businesses. This should help you acquaint yourself with the local business community.
